This policy describes how information is collected and used through this website, our forms, and the Document Desk assistant. It does not describe the practices of government agencies, embassies, consulates or other third parties that may receive applications prepared with our administrative support.

We collect information that customers and partners choose to provide to us, such as name, email address, telephone number, organization details and a description of the document need. We also collect the information and documents a customer supplies so that our team can prepare, organize and coordinate an application under the customer's instructions.

Basic technical information, such as the pages requested and the approximate time of a request, may be recorded in standard server logs for security and reliability purposes.

Information entered into the contact form, the partner introduction form, the custom documentation request and the Document Desk callback request is delivered to our team so that we can respond. Each submission receives a reference number. Please do not include passport numbers, identification numbers or other sensitive identifiers in a form message; our team will request any documents needed through a separate channel.

This website does not currently accept document uploads. If secure upload links are added in a later phase, this policy will be updated to describe how uploaded documents are transmitted, stored, retained and deleted before that feature is enabled.

The Photo Check tool processes a photo in your browser for a format check and does not upload or store the photo.

The website uses only the storage needed for it to function, such as remembering the language selected for Document Desk in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear stored preferences at any time through your browser settings.

Analytics is turned off unless it is specifically configured by our team. If an analytics service is enabled in the future, this section will be updated to identify the service, the information it collects and how to opt out before it goes live.

Certain administrative, document-processing, courier, technology or fulfillment services may be performed or supported by independent third-party service providers.

Where a third-party provider supports our operations, for example email delivery for form submissions, courier services or hosting, that provider receives only the information needed to perform its function and is expected to protect it under written terms.

Document Desk is an AI administrative assistant. Conversations may be logged for quality and compliance review and to help our team follow up on a callback request. Do not enter passport numbers, identification numbers or other sensitive identifiers in the chat; identifiers detected in a message are removed before it is processed. Document Desk output is general administrative information from published sources and is not legal advice.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards intended to protect the information in our custody, including encrypted connections to this website and access limited to team members who need the information to perform their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Form submissions and correspondence are retained for as long as needed to respond to the request and to maintain a record of the administrative services provided. Customer documents supplied for an application are retained only for the period needed to complete the requested administrative work and any follow-up the customer requests, after which they are returned or deleted according to our internal procedures.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep. Requests can be sent to hello@consultingapp.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be limited by contract.

This website is intended for adults. Information about minor applicants is supplied by a parent or legal guardian in connection with a requested service and is handled under this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
