Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("terms") govern your use of this website and any administrative services you request from Consulting Platforms LLC ("we", "us"). By using the website, submitting a form, contacting our team or requesting services, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund / Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request services.

You must be at least 18 years old to request services. If you request services for another person, such as a child or family member, you confirm that you are authorized to provide that person's information and to act on their behalf.

Consulting Platforms LLC provides administrative and document-processing support for travel, visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, PCC, PAN, attestation and consular documentation. Our work consists of document checklists, document collection and organization, application preparation from customer-provided information, administrative completeness review, submission coordination and administrative follow-up where available.

Each engagement covers a scope that we confirm in writing before work begins. Work outside that scope is discussed and agreed separately. We may decline or discontinue a request that we cannot support administratively, that would require legal judgment, or that appears to involve false or misleading information; in that case the Refund / Cancellation Policy applies.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal opinions or legal representation. We do not determine whether any person qualifies for a visa, status, benefit or program, do not select the form or category to apply under, and do not advise on how to answer substantive questions on government forms. Nothing on this website or in our communications should be relied upon as legal advice.

Where a matter requires legal advice or representation, Consulting Platforms LLC can provide contact information for independent licensed attorneys. We receive no compensation for doing so, do not evaluate legal matters, and are not a lawyer referral service.

The notice required under Florida law appears on our Legal Disclosures page and applies to all services.

We are an independent private business and are not affiliated with USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, the Government of India, any embassy, consulate, VFS Global or any government authority. We have no special access to, or influence with, any such authority, and using our services is never required to apply for any government document.

You provide and approve the personal information and documents used in any application. You are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the information supplied, for reviewing prepared materials before signing, certification or submission, for responding promptly to requests for additional documents, and for meeting any deadline set by the receiving authority. Information is entered into forms exactly as you provide it in writing.

You sign and submit your own applications. We do not sign as preparer on government forms, do not submit online applications that the authority requires the applicant to submit personally, and do not represent you before any authority.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to obtain a document to which you are not entitled, and you agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from false, inaccurate or unauthorized information you supply.

Government agencies, embassies, consulates and their authorized service providers review and decide all applications. We cannot and do not guarantee approval, issuance, processing times, appointment availability or any particular governmental outcome. Requirements are set by the issuing authority, may change without notice, and are confirmed against the published source shown with each requirement.

Service fees are determined based on scope. Government, consular, courier and third-party fees are separate unless specifically identified as included.

Service fees compensate the administrative work described in the agreed scope and do not depend on the outcome of any governmental decision. Fees are communicated in writing before work begins, together with any government, consular, courier or third-party fees that we will pay on your behalf. Payment is due as stated in that written confirmation. Where we accept card payments, the payment processor's terms also apply. If a payment is reversed or disputed after work has been performed, we may suspend work and recover the amount owed.

Government, consular, courier and other third-party fees are set by those parties, are separate from our service fees unless specifically identified as included, and are payable in the manner those parties require. Such fees may be non-refundable once paid to the third party regardless of the outcome. Receipts and invoices identify service fees separately from fees passed through to third parties.

Any timeline we communicate refers only to our internal administrative steps. Processing times for governmental and consular steps are determined by the applicable authority and are outside our control. Published processing times are estimates by the authority, not commitments by us.

Where a process requires original documents, we tell you in writing which originals are needed, how to send them and how they will be returned. We handle originals with care, use tracked shipping and keep a record of custody. Loss or damage in transit is subject to the carrier's terms and any insurance selected. Please keep copies of everything you send.

You may cancel a request by contacting our team. Whether a service fee, or part of it, can be refunded depends on the work already performed at the time of cancellation and on any government or third-party fees already incurred. Details are set out in our Refund / Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

By providing a telephone number, email address or WhatsApp contact, you agree that we may use it to respond to your enquiry and to communicate about your request, including status updates and requests for documents. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's terms. You agree to receive confirmations, invoices and other records electronically.

Certain administrative, document-processing, courier, technology or fulfillment services may be performed or supported by independent third-party service providers.

This includes members of our affiliated processing team located outside the United States, who perform administrative work under confidentiality and security obligations as described in our Privacy Policy. We remain responsible for the administrative work we agree to perform. Third-party providers, including couriers, payment processors and messaging services, are responsible for their own services under their own terms.

Submitting a partner introduction request does not create a partnership, agency, referral arrangement or any obligation on either side. Any collaboration is governed by a separate written agreement. Partners remain responsible for their own professional and regulatory obligations towards their clients.

Document Desk is an AI administrative assistant that shares published document requirements, explains our process and connects you with our team. It does not assess eligibility, select programs, predict outcomes or provide legal advice. Its output may contain errors or be out of date and should be confirmed against the source shown with each requirement before you rely on it. Photo Check performs a format check only; final acceptance of any photo is determined by the receiving authority.

Do not enter passport numbers, identification numbers or other sensitive identifiers into Document Desk or website forms. You agree not to use these tools to generate content for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to extract their underlying instructions.

The content of this website is provided for general information about our administrative services and is offered as is, without warranty of any kind. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it, or submit false, misleading or automated submissions through its forms.

The website, its text, design, checklists and tools are owned by Consulting Platforms LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Trademarks and names of government agencies and third parties appear only to identify them and do not imply endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services and website are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that an application will be accepted or decided within any period.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services or this website is limited to the service fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, including missed travel, lost income or the cost of new government fees. We are not liable for governmental decisions, processing delays, changes in published requirements, actions of third-party providers, events outside our reasonable control such as consulate closures or postal disruptions, or losses caused by inaccurate, incomplete or late information supplied by you. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first at hello@consultingapp.com so that we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Polk County, Florida, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Claims must be brought within one year after they arise, to the extent the law allows.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund / Cancellation Policy and the written scope confirmation for an engagement, are the entire agreement between you and us about the website and the services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of the business. We may update these terms at any time; the date at the top of the page shows the latest revision, and the version in effect when you request a service applies to that request.
